TIME TO JUMP INTO CROSS COUNTRY TRAINING
During our Winter Season (which runs from May to August each year) we offer two training sessions per week.
Our weekly training sessions for the 2020/2021 Winter Season are:
* every Tuesday, 4:30pm to 6pm
* every Thursday, 6pm to 7:30pm
Please be on time for your training session as it is important to warm-up!
We encourage all our athletes to attend training to improve their skills, fitness levels and to foster strong friendships - and also to have fun! Coaches use a variety of techniques, training drills and fun-based activities to help our athletes be the best that they can be!
All our volunteer coaches have Working With Children Checks and have undertaken coaching courses run by Little Athletics Victoria.
All children must have a parent/guardian present at all training sessions. This is a mandatory requirement.
We ask for a gold coin donation at each training session to provide icy poles or fruit to athletes once each training session has finished.
SUMMER SEASON PRE-SEASON TRAINING
Our pre-season training usually commences in August of each year. More information will be available once we approach the 2021/2022 Season.
