Communication is done by email, Team App and facebook, both of which are immediately available on our website (mobile and desktop version) as follows:

  • General emails are sent once per week to all members.
  • These emails are available on the links below.
  • Other communications specific to certain members, ie cross country, relay participants, etc, will be sent to the relevant members as required.  These will not be included below.
  • Cancellations, due to weather, will be made prior to 8.15am on facebook and Team App, and where possible, also by email. Cancellations will appear on the CLAC website home page by 8.15am as well.
